Brenda Kielbratowski is a top-producing realtor, ranked in the top 5 of independent agents in Canada, with Keller Williams Realty for the past 4 years. She has been a customer service professional for over twenty years and was a key player in a family business. In her role she focused on corporate sales, marketing and branding of a their well-known meat products (Chris Brothers). While building the family business with her husband and his siblings, Brenda raised three children and took an active interest in all community sports/school activities their business supported. Her past sales work to retail stores, years of travelling for her children’s sports and school extracurricular activities helped Brenda get well acquainted with areas throughout HRM. Brenda is the hostess of ‘Real Estate with Brenda K’ on Eastlink TV. This weekly show is the first television series dedicated to real estate produced in Atlantic Canada. Brenda invites experts in the real estate and related industries adding her own spin of experiences, challenges and triumphs for an entertaining half hour. She prides herself on her realtor services being 100% committed to what is best for her clients working in a relaxed, well-informed atmosphere. Originally, I was a “come from away”! Flash forward, I now have made my home in Atlantic Canada, specifically, Halifax, for the past 30 years! I was raised in an extended family where our home was also our place of business; we owned a family grocery store for 50 years. I believe this is where I had my true start in sales. My first memories are of making change and grasping the concept of “in the red” and “in the black”. It is also where my strong work ethic and ability to connect dots began. Most importantly, my ability to meet people, communicate with them, and to understand my role in assisting their aspirations, arose from all the different folks and walks of life that entered into our store. I was successful in the field of community development and adult education for 18 years before making a career change in 2004. The move to real estate was a natural fit for someone who was entrenched in assisting individuals reach their personal goals. In turn, life long learning is a mantra I embrace fully, to which I have been trained and inspired by some of the best in the industry. I have sought to build strong relationships with my local colleagues as well as nationwide through the years. My professional toolkit includes businesses and resources that can assist my clients from lenders, interior designers, photographers, inspectors to trades people. Ask and I will help connect the dots! I am an active member of the Metro Business Association which has strong roots within the community in providing customer service excellence. This is the perfect arena for expanding my network and a further offering I have for those I represent. Over the past 14 years, I have proven that my experience and foresight is proactive and enables me to address details when they arise which in turn has saved my clients both money and future worry and anguish. Leanna Coyle



Halifax has been Leanna’s home for more than 40 years, and she takes tremendous pride in this community. Leanna's background prior to becoming a Realtor is in Property Management, where she was the Leasing & Marketing Manager with a major corporation. Her role there was branding, and maintaining a low vacancy rate for the overall portfolio. Leanna's hobbies include running, golf, and spending time with her family. During her tenure in the business, Leanna has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. After raising three beautiful daughters, I decided that it was time to pursue my dreams, and with lots of encouragement from my family, I became a real Estate agent in 2011.
